Brian Marchand has been doing carpentry since 1992 and has worked as a sub contractor for All Island Siding, a sub contractor of F & F Roofing and Siding, as well as a sub contractor for Alure Home Improvements. He had founded On Target Construction in 1999 and has been moving forward ever since.
